Chocolate Fudge
- 18 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- Dash salt
- 1.5 tsp vanilla extract
Over low heat, melt chocolate chips in saucepan with sweetened condensed milk and salt. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Spread evenly into wax-paper lined 8" or 9" square pan. Chill until firm, AT LEAST 2-3 hours. Better if chilled longer. Cut fudge into bite-sized pieces.
